Special Lower Rates on Keystone HELP Financing for Eligible Homeowners in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties

EnergyWorks is a comprehensive energy solutions program for home and building owners. EnergyWorks experts help owners find ways to reduce their building’s energy use, and EnergyWorks’ low-interest loans help them pay for the upgrades. EnergyWorks has partnered with Keystone HELP, Pennsylvania's statewide energy efficiency home improvement financing program (provided by Pennsylvania Treasury, Department of Environment Protection and AFC First Financial Corp.) to offer special lower interest rates for qualifying homeowners in southeastern Pennsylvania. EnergyWorks is a program of the Metropolitan Caucus, a coalition of Commissioners and Council members from Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties and the Mayor of Philadelphia. It is supported by a grant from the US Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Program.

America's best financing program for energy efficiency home improvements is getting even better!

• For applications received beginning April 1, EnergyWorks will make the customer's first 6 payments!

• “EnergyWorks Makes the First 6 payments” is for a limited time.
  
• The customer’s first six regular payments of principal and interest on a Keystone HELP for a qualifying EnergyWorks project will be made directly to AFC First/Keystone HELP on the borrower’s behalf through the EnergyWorks program.

It is the borrower’s option to begin making the regular monthly payments after the initial six month period or to repay the Keystone HELP loan in full, without penalty, at any time during its term. “EnergyWorks Makes Your First 6 Monthly Payments” limited to ten year loan term for qualifying EnergyWorks/Keystone HELP loans: Whole House, 0.99% APR, Advanced Performance 4.99% APR, ENERGY STAR 5.99% APR.
